Through our celebration, we aim to raise awareness about the benefits of yoga and encourage people to make it a part of their daily routine. Yoga is a way to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation. We believe that yoga can help individuals lead happier and healthier life, both physically and mentally.
