Sri Brahmaji Siksha Avam Samaj Kalyan Samati🌹 Today, 5th September 2025, marks the 137th birth anniversary of the revered Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. This is indeed a very special day, unique in itself, when we beloved students, with utmost reverence, celebrate it every year as “Teacher’s Day.” This tradition began in 1967 to honor our most respected teachers. On this sacred occasion, I extend my heartfelt love, warm congratulations, and best wishes to you all.
🌹 Needless to say, a capable and dedicated teacher is not just an ordinary citizen. You may be a scholar, a scientist, or an eloquent speaker, but that does not necessarily make you a successful and dignified teacher. A mature teacher carries numerous responsibilities toward an enlightened and ideal society. In truth, we are all lifelong learners in one form or another. A hardworking and devoted teacher, too, remains an ideal learner throughout life. In the truest sense, a teacher is the finest sculptor of a healthy society—its creator, its firm root, and a pure mirror. An “ideal teacher” rises far above personal life and becomes a selfless servant of society, a guide, a guru, an inseparable friend, a radiant embodiment of divine knowledge—dispersing the darkness of ignorance while nurturing within us pure awareness and values. Sadly, over time, both students and teachers seem to drift away from the ideals they once upheld. At this moment, there is a need for both to rise above this misconception and become even more dutiful and committed.
👍 On this auspicious day, we fondly remember our beloved teachers, seek their gentle blessings, and in doing so, we experience a unique inner refinement that inspires us to carry out our duties with more sincerity, purity, devotion, and dedication in a natural and calm spirit.
🌹 Be it parents, teachers, spiritual mentors, siblings, or friends—anyone from whom we learn something in our life’s journey is worthy of being honored as a teacher. Above all, those who, with affectionate eyes, never hesitate to correct or scold us without ill will, are most venerable. We bow with deep reverence at the holy feet of all such dutiful individuals.
🌹 It goes without saying that in the making of a healthy society, education and teachers bear a huge responsibility. To build a pure, discrimination-free society at the global level, the invaluable contributions of these great karmayogi teachers must continuously be honored and recognized in a special way. Sadly, in recent times, the standard of education in our society has been deteriorating day by day. It is the urgent call of time to awaken and further educate all responsible guardians in this regard.
🌹 As a teacher myself, I take immense pride in my revered gurus, dear friends, and beloved students. In countless ways, I remain indebted, grateful, and thankful to them throughout my life.
🌴 Gratitude is such a natural elixir, a character trait, an ornament of humanity, that binds a healthy society together in threads of mutual love, weaving relationships into a fragrant garland of fresh, blooming, and delicate flowers.
“Guru is Brahma, Guru is Vishnu, Guru is Maheshwara, Guru is indeed the Supreme Reality; Salutations to that revered Guru.”
🌴 May everyone remain healthy, happy, cheerful, and blissful. May the sacred flame of cooperation and respect for each other continue to burn brightly forever.
